I 100% agree with the complaints postedThis company does have a recording not available, call you back on both numbers posted on their websitePost to their website, no responseSent emails to purchasing and to Bill and Mike no respondIn my case what I ordered was not what was receivedThe item has been returned with a request for a full refundI view this as this was not my mistake to begin with, so I paid for the shipping to return it but should not be expected to pay for the shipping for sending something I did not orderI am at days and no refundAfter days a dispute will be posted with the credit card company, complaint with the Revdex.com, and complaint with the FL Attorney General

I purchased a blue mattress pad in Because it is on a guest bed, I have only washed it maybe three times This last time, the backing is shredded, and I also noticed that I had been sold a pad with a patch job where apparently stuffing had come through for a previous customer When I emailed the company they have yet to respond It has been three daysI have always air dried the pad, and certainly a good quality product shoul be able to withstand three Washington

I ordered a Chili pad and paid for it It NEVER came Tried for days to reach someone Left messages and sent emails....NO response for three days Then I was told it was back ordered and MIGHT ship in a month! Went to THEIR website and the emails which I cut a pasted DO NOT WORK I guess paying for a Revdex.com membership qualifies I hope we get our money back

I LOVE these guys! Ordered a cooling mattress a couple years ago now for my tempurpedic (sp?) mattress and it worked great! Last year, I hit aaaaand you guessed it: "THE CHANGE" began! Hot Flashes like MtEtna eruptingI got on line to order a cooling blanket then waited for the blanket to comeWell, it didn't come, it didn't come...so I called and left a message - did I place my order correctly? Within MINUTES of sending an email, Mike called to say I must not have clicked the SUBMIT button when ordering because they never got my order! (He was right!!!!) So you know what he did? Not only did he tell me to get back on line and place the order at a discounted rate, he sent the blanket express shipping and I didn't get charged a thing! How cool (pun intended!) was that? I LOVE the blanket! While I still have hot flashes, they are down to one maybe two per night (that wake me up anyway) so I am THRILLED! Thank you MIKE! I 100% agree with the complaints posted. This company does have a recording not available, call you back on both numbers posted on their website. Post to their website, no response. Sent emails to purchasing and to Bill and Mike no respond. In my case what I ordered was not what was received. The item has been returned with a request for a full refund. I view this as this was not my mistake to begin with, so I paid for the shipping to return it but should not be expected to pay for the shipping for sending something I did not order. I am at 10 days and no refund. After 21 days a dispute will be posted with the credit card company, complaint with the Revdex.com, and complaint with the FL Attorney General.
