We are sorry regarding the misunderstanding in regards to a refund on the warranty- the lien holder takes
precedence in a case like this. NMAC had sent us a demand letter requesting us
to cancel the warranty and send funds to themThat has taken placeAfter your
insurance company pays what
they are obligated to pay, I would think you would
receive from the lien holder any excess funds
