BEWARE!!! My concern is that the customer is not made aware of the charges before they schedule a service call. Yes, they will repair (and repair well) but the costs are hidden. They charge $80 an hour to make the call, but then there is a full hour for ANY time that they spend at your home. The minimum charge becomes $160. Yes, they give a first time discount of $20 or a 10% discount to seniors but it's still steep. When I questioned the owner about the charges for a 20 minute service call ($149.95) and he said, "Honey, do you know how much it costs to run a business?" I was highly insulted at his condescending attitude. I will call elsewhere another time and will never recommend them due to exhorbitant charges.

In an effort to save our refrigerator we tried Sears and Mr. Appliance. With no success we were about to purchase a new refrigerator. and then a friend recommended Gill, Gill's Appliance Repair. We called to set up an appointment spoke to Erin [redacted] came out the Same Day as refrigerators we a priority do to food loss.
