Review: I had bought a used Mustang from Gills Auto Sale and they told me if I had any problems to bring to back. Well I filled my gas tank up in the Mustang and the gas tank started leaking. So, I called Gills Auto Sale and told them the problem they told me if I wanted a new car we can do a roll over so the money I put into the Mustang can go towards a different vehicle. So, I picked out a Ford Expedition. The Ford Mustang 99 cost 7891 I had put into the Ford Mustang 3500. So we did a roll over so they put me into a Ford Expedition 98 so the money that was in the Mustang was towards the Expedition. The Expedition cost 4376. I had to give them another 700 payment for paper work. They figure I still owe 1700 for the Mustang I dont have and I figure the Ford Expedition is payed off. They still say I owe but how I figured I out in almost 10,000 dollars.Desired Settlement: I figure so much money that I had lost and the paperwork they messed up I shouldn't owe them and that the Ford Expedition should be paid off.

ON X-XX-XXXX Mr [redacted] came into 250 Bridge Street location Said that he needed to talk to me and try and understand where he owed money and how much

I explained to Mr [redacted] that when you return a car and get into a new one the balance doesn't fall to zero and the money you said down on another car doesn't mean its credit on a down payment for the second car Mr Griffins last payment was made on 9-5-12 not one payment has been made since Mr [redacted] left my office with the understanding of how things worked on he agreed to resume payments of $400 month until balance is paid in full of which $1839.00 was left on it

We recently complained about Gills Auto Sales. He stated that he spoke to Mr.[redacted] on 3/11/2013 about the 99 Ford Expedition. [redacted] never spoke to me and I was also told that I was not going to be charge late fees on the vechile due to I was in the hospital due to my health and now it's $1800 dollars I feel I shouldn't owe them. I feel that its payed off. I also spoke with [redacted] he is a D.M.V audit and he told me if I feel that the Ford Expedition is payed off then I don't owe them anything. If it comes down to it I will get a lawyer and I will sue them for false statements and lieing.

This is in regards to Mr [redacted] he did come in an have a meeting with myself "[redacted] on 3-6-13 Mr [redacted] was explained in detail that Gills would only bypass on late fee's for the months that he was hospitalized Mr [redacted] has not made a payment on his account with Gills Auto Sales since 9-5-12 as of that date he owed $1704 we did not add late fee's as of 5-31-13 he now owes Gills $1884 Mr [redacted] has been in a legally binding contract with Gills Auto Sales since 2-3-12 Mr [redacted] apparently was notified by [redacted] and advised that if he feels the car is paid off then don't make anymore payments to us That is not the DMV's call to make Mr [redacted] agreed to make (5) of 300 +(1) of the remaining balance
