Review: Contracted to purchase and have AC and heat pump installed October 7, 2015. Installation completed October 25th. Contacted owner October 31st that heat pump was running but did not get above 63 degrees. He called back same day and stated it could be a leak or did not get proper charge on heat pump and he could come out Monday November 1 or Tuesday November 2. I sent a text again on November 9th when I heard nothing asking again if he could check out the problem. Sent another text on November 13th asking he contact me or my sister who lives with me. He finally responded stating he was busy was waiting on a cooler day and should be by following Tuesday November 17th. Again no word from owner so I sent a text again November 24th. He replied he would be there by Friday November 27th. On that day I received a text from him that he was in the ER having foot xrayed. I have not heard from him since November 27th. I paid the bill in full on day of installation October 25th. Check was cashed within a few days with no issue. He did not have to wait to get paid.Desired Settlement: It is now December 7th and I feel I have been more than patient. As the individual has stopped communication with me, I am currently getting quotes to have the issue resolved and would like a refund from his business for what I must pay for someone to correct the issue.
