Gilmore Plumbing

Plumbing work not done (or not done properly). Gilmore keeps sending me invoices and has not responded to letter or repeated calls over a year's time.Sometime in [redacted] I called Gilmore's plumbing to have a leaky valve in my basement at [redacted] repaired. The work was either never done or done incorrectly. The leak persisted, and the styrofoam cooler that I had placed beneath the leak to catch the drips was not moved. I called and asked for it to be done again. Once again, the work was not done, and the leak persisted. I had to call another plumber, who came and fixed it.I have gotten persistent invoices from Gilmore's for $160 since [redacted] of last year. The invoice is not numbered, but it lists work allegedly done on [redacted] I have been unable to speak to them by phone. I have left several messages with an answering services, but the calls are not returned. I sent a letter on [redacted] asking for the alleged past due balance to be removed, and got no response. My last attempt to contact them was by phone on Monday [redacted] i.e. 4 days ago.
