Review: My daughters car had broken down yesterday, Sunday, August 10th on Route #522 Culpeper, VA near [redacted] and the County Sherriff had to call a emergency Tow Truck to have this car removed from this hazard area off of Route 522. We have been [redacted] members for 17 year and the Sherriff wouldnt let us call for this service which would have cost us nothing. Although, we followed the Sherriffs instructions with him calling a emergency tow truck which happen to be at Gilmores. They were very quick to the area and the tow truck driver was excellent. The sad thing is Gilmores charged us $162.00 for towing this car which is now been scrapped because it had a crack head gasket. The car isnt and wasnt worth $162.00. We were extremely disappointed with Gilmores for charging this amount of money. Its a shame that a community service station would charge such a large amount of money for a situation of this nature.Desired Settlement: $162.00
