I hate to hear about this misunderstanding with the sales transaction.  All car sales transactions fall under our 3 day love it or leave it return policy.  Paperwork and full price disclosure is explained verbally at time of closing and signed document copies are delivered...

at time of sales delivery.  Anytime during the loan copies are available.  A 90 day limited warranty is included on sales transactions. It is obvious the repair concerns were addressed after the 90 days and that does leave the customer responsible for repairs. According to Goldcar records,the monthly obligations were all made until March 2016.  At this time of contract default, the vehicle was recovered and applied to the balance.  I show a balance of $1018.47 due to Goldcar Lending.  Sincerely,

My wallet was taken out of my car after a wrongful car repossession. I was never notified by Gil's that my wallet was in their possession until I called them. I sent my fiance' to pick up my wallet a month after I find out about my wallet being there because I work during the same operating hours that Gil's operate. They were VERY Rude with me. Mike one of the managers made a joke about him being the ONLY person I could contact to file a complaint about him being rude and ununderstading. Everybody said that he was the only person other than Mr. Gils himself that I could complain to. And said that I was NOT speaking to Mr. Gils. I was already frustrated that they went in my glove compartment to retrieve my wallet in the first place. I even called another Gils location and spoke with a guy named Eric to try to speak with Mr. Gils to file a complaint and he said No one could get his number or email address.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.  The contract signed 2/24/11 was a 36 months closed end lease contract that had a residual (buy out) value of $1892.14.  This is due once the 36 monthly installments are complete.  The lease...

maturity date was 02/15/14.  To transfer title from Goldcar Leasing into the customers name the remaining residual must be paid.  Aa a courtesy, we do offer 6months financing on this amount at 0% or can give a cash buyout discount.  I can offer to settle this account at a discount for payment in full for $900.  This offer is good for 15 days.  Hope this helps explain the transaction and your concerns.

I understand however this vehicle did not make it past 6 months.  Gil's I thought was a reputable place with more than one location.  My parents payed off their vehicle and my brother who also went through Gil's is about to pay his off too, we obviously trusted Gil's.    When I notified them of what happened , and where the vehicle was [redacted] said not to worry , she would think they would be able to get me into a different car.  I am very disappointed to see they are changing their mind and trying to blame me for using my vehicle for a family trip to Illinois.  I understand you are telling me to contact them and possibly work something out with them however as previously stated, they do not return my calls.  I have left several messages and still have not heard from anyone.  I would hope they would contact me and ask me to come to in to discuss but again, I have heard nothing from them.

This sales transaction included a 3 month, 3000 limited warranty.  This coverage expired 08/02/2015.  Unfortunately the customer was out of our coverage area on October 8th and left the vehicle stranded in Indiana and would not get the vehicle to our service center so we could assist with...

any customer paid repairs.  The vehicle has since been left abandoned and has racked up storage charges.  The dealership has no obligation to warranty anything after the limited warranty period.Sincerely

collection notes on the account,I am actually surprised the car was not repossessed much sooner. The one instance that you had the car blocked in to refrain our company from picking it up usually would be enough for any lender to end the business relationship at that time. You were instructed to come by the collections department to collect any paperwork and to have an opportunity to speak with a supervisor about the matter as well.So in closing,when making future complaints to the Revdex.com,please include all of the facts. the majority of the month, if you would like to come drive the car to see if it meets your approval, I will move your due date for first payment back thirty days. If you are still not satisfied with the car,you may choose another one from our ample inventory to replace it as long as the pricing remains the same or less. Your first payment as I stated will be changed to accommidate your inconvenience.

Our records indicate this auto purchase was 09/08/2014.   There was a 3 month 3,000 miles limited warranty included with the purchase.  After 12/04/2014 no other mechanical coverage was in effect. We show no...

records of Gils doing any repair or attempt to file a claim with our service department during the warranty coverage period.  The date of reported accident was 08/24/2015.  The accident would have been covered under her comprehensive insurance coverage, however the policy had lapsed.  This was unfortunate but beyond the control of Gil's Auto Sales.

I'm not satisfied because the CAR CAUGH FIRE!! OF COURSE THEY WOULD SAY THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE OF ME COMING TO THEIR SHOP. which I did go to there shop and they told me to go to Auto parts store and have them to look at it!! Even when I called they told me the same thing. It's obvious that they practice bad business on a frequent basis and been getting away with it and Nobody seems to care!! Regardless the car should have never caught fire, which is negligence on their part. This could have been very tragic for my children and all they can say is that it's unfortunate and not a aproblem of GIL'S AUTO.. I also went to there office on Monday the 17, of August and reported the problem, not the 24th. They are so worried about them getting paid that they went behind my back and filed a claim with the insurance company without ME. I guess someone in the office pretended to  be Me!!! This is the illeagal things that they do and no one seems to care about it!! I will go  futher if I have too!! I was paying them in good faith, 378.00 month for an over price vehicle that was patch to SELL....THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!!![Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

After looking over several cars with in my budget I was limited to only a few cars and the I told the salesman due to very bad experience with Nissan's  i didn't wont that car aftee I got it there was so many problems with the car from jump one everything including damage faulty motor...

 etc. After replacing one motor with another old motor  soon as I got the car back ii text drove the car  but it was skipping from A to Z  electronic core packs failure so I took it back   I call so many times in I talked to the direct person who sold me the vehicle that it was a bad vehicle but salesman got my direct complaints but day after day ive called his direct line his phone kept changing up in my face to me as a deliberately when he did pick uo the phone he would tells me he would his boss no my complaint but they seems not to be concerned at all as long as they had the car sold  i was very upset with them I was with our a car for 6 days paying cab fee for work because they refused to give me another car at all for me to get to work I repeatedly tried to work out payment adjustment due date because I didn't have the car for about a week but they refuse to cooperate so July 31,2016 I gave the car back to them due to many many days failure to get another car now I dont wont nothing to do with them very bad sale and I don't won't nothing from them as long as they don't put it on my credit report Mr.[redacted]
