Review: I hired this company to install new gutters with gutter guards along the perimeter of the house. The gutters in the front seem to be working well. In contrast, the gutters in the back portion of the house do not seem to be collecting water correctly. Instead, the water is coming straight down off the front edge of the gutters and dripping down right in front of the house. I have contacted [redacted] several times about this matter. He says he will come over to investigate, but he does not do so. I spent a lot of money on these gutters and want the problem resolved. Given that my repeated efforts to handle the matter directly with the company have failed, I am turning to the Revdex.com for help.Desired Settlement: Repair or replace gutters, or return my money.

The company has made a repair, but this case cannot be closed until I can assess whether the gutters are now working properly and the repair was adequate to fix the problem. We have had very little rain in the past weeks, so I have not been able to observe the functioning of the gutters during a rain storm. Once I do, I will contact [redacted]'s.
