To say that Brian is not telling the truth is an understatementI have documentation along with witnesses that are willing to testify that Brian was contacted on an on-going basis since August of Much if the work he was paid to do was never done, or done so poorly that it needs to be correctedThe backdoor was not removed and rehung so I now have a severe sag that has also damaged my back stepsThere is also a short in the electrical causing my kitchen lights to not work due to water damageThe ceiling that was repaired in the kitchen was not done correctly and now needs to be torn out and redonePainting of rooms was never done and the basement damage was never repaired as indicated by the insurance companyI can go onI also have the entire text conversation which began last JuneFunny how having to get a new phone can cause you to only have a select amount of text messages and omit many months moreHe always promised to call but never didTo finish the job and redo the repairs that were not do right I have been given an estimate of 5,I am asking for an entire refund of monies given y the insurance companyHis brother [redacted] along with [redacted] can confirm that I did indeed try numerous times to get in touch with BrianI am ready to provide more than pictures of existing work that needs to e done on all levels of the home along with testimony

Back at the end of I was asked to work at a location in Columbus, Ohio that was an insurance claim.As you know, insurance although pays for repairs to homes they do not pay for upgrades and to whichMs*** *** was wanting on the damage done to her home, and is to why we did not finish
thesaid work as requiredI explained to Ms*** upon leaving back that once she came up with the moneyfor her wanted upgrades, I would return and finish the work requestedI did not hear from Ms*** forseveral months.Enclosed is a copy of the *** text messages sent from me and Ms*** *** from April 26th toMay 9th, 2016, and were the only conversations which took place I left and that I received.If you read all the text messages you will see that, I Brian G*** offered to come out and discuss thematter along with take care of the matter and settle up with any moneys' times to resolve the issue.With the first message sent to my phone pertaining to a problem on April 26th, and which at this time, Iexplained to Ms*** that I was feeling poorly, and I would contact her laterTwo days later, I wascontacted by *** *** and informed me that she was turning it all over to an attorney the followingday.Three hours later, Brian responded back asking Ms*** to come out and discuss this with her andsettle up.One hour later, Ms*** responded and informed to me, MrG***, "she doesn't have time!" andREFUSES to commit to an appointment for us to discuss this and settle this issue.One hour later, I responded and asked for 2nd time if I can come and discuss this with her in person andexplained that I was only responsible for the ACV settlement Value (insurance) and inform her that herealizes he does owe her a little money.One half hour later, Ms*** states she understands all that, but she is still turning it all over to anattorney.Ten minutes later, MrG*** informs her for the 3rd time that he would like to work this all out withher, but if she preferred an attorney that was fine also.Ten minutes later, Ms*** writes she has tried contacting me for months! MrG*** states he neverreceived one telephone call, but explained to Ms***, that they were talking now, and makes a 4thattemptI asked her if they can work something out I explained the panel on the wall she wascomplaining about that was ugly, was what the insurance would only pay for.Three minutes later, Ms*** states: "you were supposed to come back".Seven minutes later at 5:44p.m Brian G*** informed her for the 5th time that he prefers to gettogether and work this out.Four hours and fifteen minutes later, at 10:01p.m, Ms*** texted: "better to see court resolve"BrianG*** waited and did not hear again from Ms*** or an Attorney for another week.On May 6th, MrG*** writes Ms*** again asking for the 8th time, if he can come to her houseand get the issue settledThis time Ms*** responds, "only if your brother is there as well" (Mr.G***'s brother referred for the job).MrG*** responded "not sure what brother has to do with this, but I called him and I will work aroundboth schedules".I did not hear from Ms*** for another two days when she then, decided to sent me loads of photosat 7:p.mThe following morning Ms*** texted "well?"One hour later, MrG*** confused, responds with "I have offered several times to come down tosettle up, what do you want?One minute later, Ms*** responds, "What do you think is fair?"MrG*** informs her for the 9th time now that he would love to come down and discuss everythingwith her and settle up.Ms*** informs MrG*** that she has a contractor in there today.10th time MrG*** states he would come down to Ms***'s to take care of this matter, threeminutes later, Ms*** states, "due to lack of communication for months, she is turning it over to theRevdex.com.Ladies and Gentlemen, as you can see from the *** text messages and summarized in the abovestatement, I did everything Ms*** requested when at her home with the understanding that sinceshe wanted upgrades and the insurance company would not cover those upgradesShe was to call mewhen she got the moneys' to do so, in order for me to finish said job.As you can see from our texts, she would NOT even after asking ten times, to settle this issue evenconsiders the matter due to she simply just wanted the word doneEvidently now must want me to payfor her upgrades.After talking to the Revdex.com, I understand you can possible help and mediate betweenMs*** and me to perhaps get this issue resolved, and to which I could not be happier to do so.Please let me know the next step I need to take in order for that to occur.Most Sincerely,Brian G***

There is also a short in the electrical causing my kitchen lights to not work due to water damage. The ceiling that was repaired in the kitchen was not done correctly and now needs to be torn out and redone. Painting of rooms was never done and the basement damage was never repaired as indicated by the insurance company. I can go on. I also have the entire text conversation which began last June.
