Be Careful!
Gilt shows "original prices" that are as fake as one can get. I bought a personal heater that was made from the cheapest plastic and it almost caught on fire and stopped working after three minutes of use. The original price was listed as $160. I paid way less than that but it was like it came from The Dollar Store. Absolutely a scam. I will say that Gilt did let me return this item even though it said final sale when I ordered it.

I purchased a *** voucher from their subsidiary Gilt City NY. When I went to use the voucher *** did not honor the Gilt city voucher. I contacted gilt city to advise them of the issue. They responded that I was not eligible for the offer. At that point I requested a refund- as nowhere in the offer did it stipulates that the offer was for new customers only. I reached back to gilt and requested a refund. They then responded that the voucher purchase is a final sale. This company is essentially defrauding the public by selling these vouchers that they know will not be honored. BIG SCAM.

look into this for you and provide additional clarity into understanding what
has occurred. Attached are the listings of the ***: 12 Essential Wines, Plus 3 Bonus
Bottles. As you can see in the screenshots provided, they were listed as final
sale at time of listing. Direct Wines does ship to *** but the reason you were not qualified for this was
due to having had a previous voucher with Direct Wines in 2019 and they are one per household as outlined in the attached screenshots. As a one-time
courtesy for a final sale item, we have refunded back to your account $84.99 to
your *** ending ***. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to

I initiated a return request and completed my steps. The product was delivered to Gilt.com on Apr 27th. Since then, I've contacted them multiple times for my refund, and every time the response was that they need to look into this and would provide me an update in 1~3 business days. I contacted them the fourth time today and still got the same response.

final sale item, we made an exception for the return and created the UPS
calltag and we did receive the item on 04/27/2020, and it takes about 7-10 days
on average to complete the refund. I do show that once it was processed back
into our inventory, you were refunded in full on May 19, 2020 for $2969.99 back
to your *** ending ***. I am attaching a copy of the refund receipt to this

This company I’ve purchased quite a few items from. All of the “luxury” shirts I have received from “gilt”. A subsidiary of rue Lala have been fake designer shirts claiming to be real. In the most recent experience I ordered a “***” card case for $40. It never arrived. After a lot of elf work on my part (and I mean a lot). I discovered they put the wrong zip code on mailing address. It was returned to them. They then told me that they could not send me another one for whatever reason. I asked for a refund they they said they had to manually process it. That was 3 weeks ago still nothing. I’ve reached out 5 times still nothing. This company is a fraud.

Revdex.com:attached you will find the copy of the transactions listed. I did receive the 9.99 refund but I still have not received a refund for the $40. This is CRAZY!!!

Dear ***, Attached is a copy of the receipt of refund and purchase as well. The item cost $29.99, the shipping was $9.99.The refunds occurred separately but have processed as of December 5th, 2019. You may wish to check with your bank on their processing speed as we have no control on that portion of the refund transaction. Sincerely, The Customer Service Team

Revdex.com:im telling you that I did not get the refund. Period. I attached in the last response my statement. I received the 9.99 but not the 29.99. This is crazy. Im going to dispute the transaction and then I’m contacting the attorney general.
