Review: This office is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Had a great aunt who passed and I received an inheritance and it is now march and have yet to receive tax documents that are needed in order to file my taxes this year. Almost two months ago the office told me the documents would be sent in 7 to 10 days and they haven't, in addition to not sending the documents the office has been extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone, [redacted] in particular. She has hung up on me several times, insulted my family and even yelled [redacted] at me before hanging up. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for a business employee dealing in customer service.Desired Settlement: We have paid this lawyer close to $5000 and while I certainly don't expect him to refund it all, compensation for the poor service I've received from his office is in order.
