We have spoken to the customer.  She will be withdrawing her application and we are refunding the the appraisal fee she paid to us along with 2 other charges she paid.  She provided us with cancelled checks for those.  She said she was content with this result.

Our loan officer has spoken to the customer and told us she was satisfied at this point.  Please let me know if anything else is needed.Thanks!
