Review: I have a consignment agreement with said company. They did not answer any correspondence, went to the store and it is gone. There is a sign on the door saying pick up all items by March 18th, 2013. They have 6 dresses that I want back. What are my options?Desired Settlement: I would like the dresses back, if not I think they were valued at 160.00

Review: I consigned hand-made beaeded bracelets to Gina's Closet in February 2013. Contract agreement stated that the following items would be consigned for 60 days with a 40/60 profit: 10 Beaded Bracelets,1 Neckalace, 1 Neck Stand, and 1 Bracelet Bar. Contract agreement stated that all items if not sold, should be picked up before expiration date (April 2013). Upon expiration date, this consignment shop went out of business with no calls to consumers to pick up consigned items.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my consigned items listed above; total cost $175 includes jewelry, equipment and time management. I would appreciate if the owner of Gina's Closet be located to resolve issue/complaint.
