the best in our trades and they are very hard working, respectful and complete the work in a timely fashion, and the clean-up is impeccable. We are very busy, because our work is so beautiful, and we book our customers six to eight months in advance Mesaros Masonry Inc. is the best in Masonry Restoration. This front porch is up to code, all we did was brick over the top of the concrete slab that was there. If that is the case then the previous porch wasn't up to code. This front porch we bricked turned out Beautiful and Im very proud of the Quality of work that we did on this front Porch. I am writing this and also sending you a picture, that I want the Revdex.com to post on this, to show all what a Quality and Beautiful job that we do. I know the brick step is the same as the landing, our work is outstanding. Please Post our Picture that I'm am sending you with my retraction and post it together. If people think the step is the same height of the landing and not paying attention that there is a step there maybe, just maybe reflectors, stickem reflectors, should be on the steps. The TWO steps that were built leading up to the top of the porch are the only complaint. The TWO steps, as stated in the original complaint, are NOT to code as per the Indiana Building Code R311.5.3 Stair treads and risers. This was also confirmed by the building inspector for [redacted] Bend. I sent a copy of the code and drawing from the building inspector. The original porch had only one step. Mesaros squeezed in TWO steps. This created the hazardous condition and went against the code for safety. No doubt Mesaros buys pretty bricks. The height of the TWO steps is dangerous and not to code. You shouldn't have to attach "reflectors, stickem reflectors" as suggested by [redacted], to alert people to a safety hazard, if the work was done properly and to code.

As I said last winter you are on the list for us to do the front step, we went into last Winter with twenty six jobs that we did not get done due to the weather. I will call you when it is your turn, you are the only one complaining, we still have a lot of work.

This Revdex.com complaint has been going on for 17 months. [redacted] IN has not had freezing temperatures for 3 months. Unless Mesaros has had 26 customers waiting more than 17 months to get their job corrected, there is no excuse for my porch repairs to not be on the top of the list. I was put off for several weeks on the original project because he didn't want to do the small project. This is another example of the poor customer service from Mesaros.
