I have not received the wedding album that I paid for in full on April 6, 2012, and my inquiries are not being responded to.On April 6, 2012, I paid [redacted] $1,150.00 cash as full up-front payment for our wedding album. Over the course of the last 4 years, I have left numerous voicemails and emails to follow up, with practically no response. [redacted] finally provided a proof of the album for my review in 2014, and I authorized her to send the album to print via email dated December 16, 2014. I have still not received my wedding album and none of my attempts to follow up get any response.
