Ms*** ***, mother of *** *** arrived at the center on May 8, at approximately 3:p.mto pick up her son
On May 8, Ms*** informed us that this will be ***'s last dayAccording to the Parent Handbook which was signed by Ms***, parents/guardians are required to give a two-week notice prior to disenrollmentAs a courtesy, I *** *** owner of The Gingerbread House waived the disenrollment fee of $which should have been applied to her account balance due*** was a pleasure to have and I didn't want to cause additional hardships to their familyMy onsite Director notified Ms*** that I am the only person that could answer questions in regards to her billing information and I would be in the office on the following Monday
I contacted Ms*** on Monday June She requested a refund which is not owed to herShe has an active case with the *** *** *** *** Agency who supplements the weekly tuition rates for *** *** As a seasoned Child Care facility owner of 15years, I tried to explain the payment process to her but she was convinced through her life experiences not factual information that she is owed moneyAfter personally contacting *** for *** I was informed that Ms***'s monthly parent co-payment will be deducted from The Gingerbread House's monthly paymentTherefore, they will deduct the $from the $owed to The Gingerbread HouseI also explained to Ms*** that *** *** *** *** had not issued payment for the month of May for ***Ms*** became irate and demanded my provider ID numberI told her this was not public informationAt this point, she asked "how is she going to file her taxes." I explained that she needed my FEIN number for tax purposes which I provided to herI also gave her the contact information for *** *** *** including her case number so she could verify all the information that we provided
Ms*** also requested a statement of her account including the last four numbers of credit cards usedWe provide account statements monthly, but considering that throughout *** *** enrollment at The Gingerbread House, she only picked up her son times, ***'s father received the informationIn fact, he was the primary person who dropped off, picked up and made payments
Since December 2014, Ms*** has only made two paymentsDue to confidentiality, we cannot share credit card information and I'm sure the legal system will confirm itOn June 16, 2015, I sent a certified copy of the one credit card payment of $paid by Ms*** as I stated would be done on June 8, during business hours
I would love for Ms*** *** to contact any *** *** *** *** representative for the process and procedure of changing providers and the payment processThe Gingerbread House does not owe her a refund and would appreciate her rescinding the accusations immediately

This is a complete fabrication from Miss *** of the situation and what really happenedI was the one that enrolled my son and signed the paperwork for him to be thereAlthough his father did drop him off and pick him up more times than I did, this does not validate what she claimsI personally paid his fees times out of the alleged that I picked him upTwo times by credit card, one time by cashMiss *** stated she would send me a copy of EACH PAYMENT that was made during ***'s time thereShe stated that it would be ready within days of the time we spoke
I also provided facts to Miss *** as far as the refundAnd *** for Children has also given me a different response than the one Miss *** has claimedShe has proven herself to be an untrustworthy individual as she herself does actually run her own daycare and is currently being investigated by the state for various reasonsHer response will NOT be accepted and I will be seeking further action against her personally as well as her shady business practices

My daughter has gone here for almost years and never had any real issues until nowI showed up unannounced one day this week and heard her teacher screaming at one of the kidsI brought it to the management attentionThey said spoke with the teacher and she admitted yellingThe teacher remained on staffNot happy about this I withdrew my daughter from this daycareThis is inexcusable behavior in my book and they played it off that it was normalDo not send your child to this school
