I am rejecting this response because:After I contacted you, she sent me an email 1-25-saying: "Money order - great - will send right away then."On 1-26-I responded at 5:pm: "Has it been sent?"As of today, 1-29-at 10:am, no response.If she would respond that she is unable because (????) whatever as to why she is delaying sending - that would work for me But her inability to maintain contact by email is frustratingBTW, she did say it might take a couple of weeks I questioned this before I ordered the item My question: Why does it take so long? You don't have it in your stock?"Her response: "Yes, it is in stock and ready to go!" When I sent her the email saying the check was being mailed from the post office on 1-17-18, all I got was a response on 1-23-was that she hadn't been to the p.obox for a few days and then ask if I sent payment Duh???? Then she promises she will take care of it 1-23-or the next day It didn't happenSo, here it is 1-29-and no litho and no hope or expectation as to when I will receive it I want my money order returned immediately.Comment to Linda [redacted] : I have made several purchases in this same two week period - which were delivered promptly and in a much shorter time frame

This complaint is totally uncalled for and senseless - ridiculous in fact. When [redacted] first contacted me I told her delivery took about 2 weeks depending on where she lived in the US. 2 weeks is not unreasonable at all. She says she mailed her payment on the 17th. Just... because she mailed it on the 17th doesn't mean we received her check on the 17th - the mail takes a few days for God's sake! I believe it was postmarked the 20th or the 22nd. We had 12" of snow on the 22nd. I didn't get to my mail box until the 25th. Customer is complaining about not receiving goods and it hasn't even been 2 weeks yet!!! Today is the 27th. Totally baseless claim - I resent that I even had to take the time to respond to this nonsense.

I am rejecting this response because: This is not a complaint about sales, it's a complaint about integrity

Wow! What can I say?! I received her payment on the 22nd and she files complaint on the 25th. Does she think I'm going to "beam it up" to her?!! She's crazy! She was originally told that order would take weeks - she even states that in her complaint. And yet she complained to Revdex.com LESS THAN ONE WEEK of my receiving her payment!! I don't get it. She counts part of the two weeks (that I originally informed her that it would take) as days that her payment was in transit to me. Print was mailed to her insured this morning: February 29th. One week after her money order was postmarked at the post office

I am sorry that *** *** was not satisfied with his sales. I believe one of the reasons for his lack of sales is the fact that he was not present the entire weekend. He set up his tables on Friday morning and then placed a sign on his booth that he would not open until the following
day. So he literally missed at least 1/of the sale. The show was highly attended and heavily advertised. The other exhibitors had very good sales. In fact many of the same exhibitors returned the following weekend and again the weekend after that as well. There was holiday decor all over the mall including a beautiful Santa display, a children's train ride and Christmas songs playing all day on the intercom music system. His sales were not what he had hoped for and he is blaming everyone else for that instead of taking a hard look at his product, display, inventory and prices. Linda *** Gingerbread Shows
