In response to [redacted]'s complaint, Gingrich Roofing and Siding, Inc vehemently denies any wrongdoing or fault on behalf of Gingrich Roofing and Siding. Please see attached email correspondence in relation to the repair complaint from the...
complainant [redacted] as well as response from Gingrich Roofing and Siding Inc Project Manager Andrew C[redacted].Gingrich Roofing and Siding was NOT contracted to paint the interior of [redacted] and [redacted]'s home located at [redacted], Chester Springs PA [redacted]. Gingrich Roofing and Siding, Inc. offered at no cost to **. and [redacted], in order to maintain the very pleasant relationship, to repair and paint the interior as a favor to the couple.
As the work was being completed, it was a representative authorized by **. and [redacted] to cease the start of the painting, as she stated " she would do it herself as she works at Home Depot in the paint department, and it would give her something to do".When [redacted] contacted us via email on Sunday January 18th, 2015, he was informed of the conflicting information that was given by the representative.
Gingrich Roofing and Siding, Inc offered to come out and paint, still at no cost to **. and [redacted]; even though Gingrich Roofing and Siding Inc was not contractually obligated to do so.
The settlement Gingrich Roofing and Siding expects and will vigorously pursue is payment in full of the amount of the contracted work.
