This is a business that is not responsive to it's customers We had concrete steps installed on the back of the house leading to the patio They were uneven and sloped It took quite a while to have Gino come back and look at it....and 'sort of' fix it - then he said he would come back and seal the steps....never happened Steps were installed in June A really shabby job Would never recommend

April 24, Dear Sir or Madam,
I am responding to a complaint made 3/23/We did enter into an agreement with Mrs& Mr*** to install a slab of concrete underneth their back deck wich have apoxor post that support The deck wich I expain initially that
pour concrete under the deck & around the post was not a typical way to do the jobThe grade in the back of the house is on a extreme hillside & to make the concrete level it would require to have to have dirt brought in to backfill the concrete so gravel would not run out I gave them a price & recomended it be done and to save money he said the he would do that Know he Mr*** has made this complaint & when I wnet & looked at the jobTheir is still no back Fill around the concreteI do beautiful work & for all of my customersThe reason the concrete cracked is their was no back fill ever put around the concrete the over the winter gravel slowly washed out wich cause the concrete to shift.Keep in mind their yard is on a apox 10/pitch wich the back filling was very important to do that I recamended and to save the money he caused the concrete to shiftThis was not caused by our company you would have to see the yard to understandI can send you pictures if need be I will stand by our work & am willing to do what every to have a satisfied customer but his was not caused by and poor workmanship on our partI will do my labor at no costTo bring the backfill around the concrete that I recomended if thay pa for the dirt the concrete was properly installedI want to resolve this matterWe value our nameI pray that this matter to be resolved in good faithWe did not cause the concrete to crackRespectfully submitted,

To Whom It May ConcernWe at Gino's Concrete did remove and replace a driveway for *** *** on *** StThe job was to remove the driveway from the garage to the last sectionsShe did not want those sections replaced which were old and section was crackedAfter all the work was completed
Mrs& Mr*** looked at the job and where completely satisfied and paid in fullThey did this work because they were selling the houseAfter a couple of weeksMrs*** called and was not satisfied with the last sectionsIt did not look good up against the new concrete and that we maid the crack larger in that sectionSo I went and talked to Mr& Mrs*** & looked at it and to satisfied them I agreed to replace these sections at no charge and sealed the entire driveway which we did do.After a few more weeks *** called again and this time wanted all her money backThere is nothing wrong with the drivewayShe recieved the product and labor and aboveWe at Gino's Concrete value all are customers and workI beleve since this time they have sold their homeI pray that we can solve this issue once and for allAlso the next door neibors also hired us to do work for them because they liked the quality of are workThis response is in good faith!Respectfully submitted,Anthony V***Gino's Concrete

They did an awesome job on my patio!! I couldnt have asked for a better person and company to do my new patioThey are resonable priced and worked so hardI will be using GINOs concrete again for my deck this spring!

This company did our concrete driveway last fall This fall when the snow cleared we noticed that large patches were peeling off and when we went to power wash the other areas the top layer of cement care off We have a warranty that states all work is guaranteed for years Gino refuses to honor this warranty, he claims that it is salt damage I have had multiple concrete companies come out and they have all said salt doesn’t do that, not in less than a year They said the concrete wasn’t shaken enough for the air ratio or was not given long enough to set before certain steps were done The warranty states all work with no exceptions listed so it shouldn’t matter anyway

I Ginos Concrete did agree with *** *** to due some conrete work which was to remove & replace city sidewalk sections & saw cut & remove a section of the concrete apron Their also was another portion of are agreement, which was to install stone vineer on her chimney
I charged her $for the concrete work and $for the stone veneer on her chimney which made a total of $for the complete job I have completed the concrete work & did 3/of stone work on chimney The type of stone she has has no motor between the joints just like the stone on the front of her house When she comented to me that she did not like the work on the chimney I told her it was not done yetAnd if she was not happy that I would remove what stone that we had applied she said she would talk to her husbandShe called me back & said that they looked at it again & that the stone work was ok continue to install stone which I did I got 3/of the chimney done and I twisted my ankel & could not climb up the scafold & explain that to her she then became irate & began yelling at meAt that point I decided to quit the job All the work was completed in a timely fasion in good faith all her neibors stoped & said what a nice job we are doing and asked myphone # I did well over $dollars worth of workThat she hasI would be willing just to try to make the piece refund $ It would be wrong to refund $and not be paid nothing for all the work that she has recieved I have pictures of all the work & statements from her neibors how nice the work we done is The concrete work was $which she is not complaing about She has given me a total of which is $for the concrete & $towards the stone work if I refund her $that means she has only payed $to have 3/of her chimney stone work done That is to me more than fair I try very ahrd to satisfiy each & every one of my customers
I am respecfully asking that this matter be resolved which I am willing to due fairley her request is absurd Please let me no what she has decided I am sorry she is not satisfied but she still has the finish product
Respectfully submitted
