Here at gino's pizzeria we always do the best that we can in keeping our customers happy and satisfiedAs for the complaint, the morning of sept ** we were overwhelmed with orders and his was
delivered a little late and was given the wrong pie by mistake, we then corrected it and gave him the right pie within 10-minutesWe apologize about the mix up and in return would like to give the complainant one free large regular pie with one regular topping on his request and hope this will be satisfactory on his issueAgain here at gino's pizzeria we apologize for any inconvenience that was endured to the complainant
PS:If there's ever a problem, just call the store and ask for the boss I could have taken care of this the same day for your convenience!
