From: [redacted] <[redacted].[redacted]>Date: Wed, Apr 26, 2017 at 10:36 PMSubject: RE: #[redacted]To: [redacted], I did not get your previous e-mail with the contractor letter.  You should not close this out as no "reply from me".The guy is a crook and did a lousy job.  In addition he refused to make it correct or to reimburse me for the cost of the damages that could be corrected.  Please see the information attached, which I sent to the Ohio AG's Office. What he has told you is not true.  He cracked the curb cut and refused to fix it and refused to pay for the trench drain which had to be installed to correct water flow into the garage.  He ruined the carriage doors and did not offer to repair them.  Please review our documentation and use what you can to protect other consumers. We paid him in full only because he did not get finished before we left on vacation as he promised he would. He refused to finish the job unless we paid him in full.  He assured us that everything would be to our satisfaction. After I contacted the Revdex.com, I reported him to the Ohio AG. He knew we were selling the house and waited until the SOLD sign went up (3/4/2016) to respond to the AG.  I have also attached our counter offer to the AG.  He did nothing!I have attached some of the documentation (including pictures) as proof of my statements. We would have sued him if he had had any assets from which we could have recovered damages, however he "flies under the radar."P.S. He also ripped off my neighbor at [redacted].  You may have received a complaint from him as well.Thank you for your help.[redacted]. [redacted]

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am responding to a complaint made 3/23/15 . We did enter into an agreement with Mrs. & Mr. [redacted] to install a slab of concrete underneth their back deck wich have apox. 10 or 12 post that support.  The deck wich I expain initially that...

pour concrete under the deck & around the post was not a typical way to do the job. The grade in the back of the house is on a extreme hillside & to make the concrete level it would require to have to have dirt brought in to backfill the concrete so gravel would not run out I gave them a price & recomended it be done and to save money he said the he would do that.  Know he Mr. [redacted] has made this complaint & when I wnet & looked at the job. Their is still no back Fill around the concrete. I do beautiful work & for all of my customers. The reason the concrete cracked is their was no back fill ever put around the concrete the over the winter gravel slowly washed out wich cause the concrete to shift.Keep in mind their yard is on a apox 10/12 pitch wich the back filling was very important to do that I recamended and to save the money he caused the concrete to shift. This was not caused by our company you would have to see the yard to understand. I can send you pictures if need be I will stand by our work & am willing to do what every to have a satisfied customer but his was not caused by and poor workmanship on our part. I will do my labor at no cost. To bring the backfill around the concrete that I recomended if thay pa for the dirt the concrete was properly installed. I want to resolve this matter. We value our name. I pray that this matter to be resolved in good faith. We did not cause the concrete to crack.
Respectfully submitted,

I Ginos Concrete did agree with [redacted] to due some conrete work which was to remove & replace 3 city sidewalk sections & saw cut & remove a section of the concrete apron.  Their also was another portion of are agreement, which was to install stone vineer on her chimney....

I charged her $1300.00 for the concrete work and $1800.00 for the stone veneer on her chimney which made a total of $3100.00 for the complete job.  I have completed the concrete work & did 3/4 of stone work on chimney The type of stone she has has no motor between the joints just like the stone on the front of her house.  When she comented to me that she did not like the work on the chimney I told her it was not done yet. And if she was not happy that I would remove what stone that we had applied she said she would talk to her husband. She called me back & said that they looked at it again & that the stone work was ok  continue to install stone which I did.  I got 3/4 of the chimney done and I twisted my ankel & could not climb up the scafold & explain that to her she then became irate & began yelling at me. At that point I decided to quit the job.  All the work was completed in a timely fasion in good faith all her neibors stoped & said what a nice job we are doing and asked myphone # I did well over $2000.00 dollars worth of work. That she has. I would be willing just to try to make the piece refund $500.00.  It would be wrong to refund $2000.00 and not be paid nothing for all the work that she has recieved.  I have pictures of all the work & statements from her neibors how nice the work we done is.  The concrete work was $1300.00 which she is not complaing about.  She has given me a total of 2000.00 which is $1300.00 for the concrete & $700.00 towards the stone work if I refund her $500.00 that means she has only payed $200.00 to have 3/4 of her chimney stone work done.  That is to me more than fair.  I try very ahrd to satisfiy each & every one of my customers.
I am respecfully asking that this matter be resolved which I am willing to due fairley her request is absurd.  Please let me no what she has decided I am sorry she is not satisfied but she still has the finish product.
Respectfully submitted
