Gino's Fence

Review: In April 14, 2013 I spoke with my neighbor regarding getting a fence install on my two side yards and he recommended Gino's Fence. I wanted 5 foot of swing out gate installed so I contacted Gino to get an estimate and he was very quick in returning my phone calls and giving me an estimate. Then the nightmare started. The job was completed on 04/18/2013 which I paid Gino in full. Eight months after the completion, the posts holding the gate began to sag. Every month it sags a little to a point where the center of the two gates were resting on each other thereby making opening and closing the gate impossible. Being that it was winter season I didn't contact Gino to notify him of the problem. Came spring, I called Gino in March 2014 to notify him of the problem and one week later, he came to inspect the damage. Told me he would come out next week to get it fix and never showed up. Call Gino a week later and made another appointment for March 18, 2014 and was a no show again. Attempted to contact Gino the same day and he wouldn't answer or return my phone calls. On several occasion, I have attempted to contact Gino and again no answer and no return calls. Today is April 7, 2014 and left him another voice mail. If you ever have any work done by Gino, be careful as he is very unprofessional and does not guarantee his work.Desired Settlement: I want Gino to come out and honor his warranty. I gave him ample time to rectify this problem and if he doesn't repair the damage, my last resort would be to take Gino to court after I get a professional to come and fix his mistakes.
