delivered a little late and was given the wrong pie by mistake, we then corrected it and gave him the right pie within 10-15 minutes. We apologize about the mix up and in return would like to give the complainant one free large regular pie with one regular topping on his request and hope this will be satisfactory on his issue. Again here at gino's pizzeria we apologize for any inconvenience that was endured to the complainant.

On the 3rd day of December 2017 at approximately 7:00 a Gino’s Pizza delivery arrived at my home. Mind you this was over an hour after ordering our food. As the driver pulled up he pulled right in my yard. I am not talking about parallel with one side in the grass, I am talking about paking in my yard as if there was a driveway there in his Dodge Challenger. We kindly asked him to move his car out of our yard and he got very offended as if we did something wrong. He asked if we wanted our food or what? We said we wanted our food but we would like him to get his car back on the road. At this time the driver started swearing and using the f word and stormed back to his car. He thew the food in his car, got in and screeched his tires down the road. We didn’t get the food we ordered. We called up to the store and talked to an employee that agreed to make it right and comp our food. We waited and got nothing back so we called them again to ask if we were going to get our food because we had 4 little ones needed to eat and go to bed. The responce we got was that the driver that delivered to my home was a general manager and nothing could be done and they were refunding our our money and no food would be delivered to our home. This GM was extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be dealing with customers. We will no longer be spending our at minimum 100 a month at this business.

Review: On Friday, Sept ** at approximately 11:00am, I placed an order via telephone for a large pepperoni pie with cheese. The amount was $19.44 and they had said a little over a half hour. I paid over the phone with a credit card. It took over an hour for them to deliver the pizza to an address that was down the block. If you look at a map, the destination was for [redacted]. It shouldn't have taken that long. But ok, whatever. Now the delivery man finally showed up, and they brought me a plain cheese pizza. The delivery man offered to exchange the pizza, so I agreed. This was at 12:04 pm. I called to complain and they said that they'll bring the correct one. The delivery man did not arrive until 12:16pm. This is unacceptable on several principles.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my money, and for them to bring a coupon for a free large pie with any topping, considering that I wasted my lunch hour waiting.
