GINO'S PIZZA

Ginos (400 balmoral) gave my boyfriend and I the weirdest and worst experience ever tonight. The website has my address set to what our buildings old address was, and when I change it on their website to our new address it tells me it saves and allows me to continue. It automatically switches back to my old address without me being aware. Anyhow, as we are opening the boxes of food the "manager'??" Calls us, without introducing himself, and insists this was the third time we had used the wrong address and making it seem off the hop that it had been our fault for the wrong address. My boyfriend tried to explain that the website was the problem and then we noticed our bread was burnt, and our wedges were super under cooked, he then replied with "mmmmmhhhk". I'm sorry but my boyfriend was not impressed by this and asked him why on earth he was talking to him like that. He then started to become quiet and when my boyfriend asked for a refund they hung up on him. *** Not impressed they called us with attitude but this was the service we got. They did not want to believe us what so ever, continuously hung up on us. I'm not calling anymore. ***
