This customer placed an order for food at Ginza Sushi house and did not get what he claimed he orderedCalled back and was at first satisfied with the outcome to get a refundThen received a phone call later the next day stating to bring back the sushi that was mistakenly given, and a refund would
be issued to himHe then proceeded to get upset, then threatened to contact the Revdex.com about this situationUpon receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com, Ginza is being put in a situation where we are now forced to refute his complaint, because the situation was not exactly as he describedBe it either to make himself sound better, or wronged in the situation makes no differenceAfter collecting all the information that we have been able to about this, we are prepared to make a comment on Ginza's behalfWe realize that mistakes were made hereWe also would like to say that this customer can come for the refund of $at any point in timeWe also would like to address the fact that even though mistakes were made, its not ok to take advantage of a situation eitherIf Ginza gave to much food and charged the customer for it, then yes a refund is in orderUpon realizing this too, and knowing that Ginza charged the customer for roll instead of 1, The customer then proceeded to ask for a refundWhich is fine, but then expected to not have to do anything about the extra food he received and ate it or discarded the foodGinza asked only that the extra portions that was given was returned the next day when he came in to get his refund I do not believe that is going to far to ask for thatIf the customer ate it or discarded it, at that time the customer spoke to someone, then that should have been expressed thenInstead he got upset and here we are dealing with this nowRegardless of the outcome from this we are offering a refund to show good faith to our name and to our customers in hopes that this can be resolved in a civil manner.Thank you from Ginza Sushi House
