I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the resolution I seek appear below.First of all, for the manager to say that I called & hung up on their workers times in minutes is an outright lieI did call three times within a short period of time because I kept being given different time frames to expect my order & when that time frame came & passed still with no order being delivered, yes I would place another callI never hung up on anyoneI am a professional myself, who ironically works in Customer Relations so I know what to expect as a patronI am not one who gets irate or "acts a fool"No need for all of thatI simply will file a complaint as I did in this caseAlso, the manager never offered to send me new foodHe apologized and told me my credit card had been refundedThat was itHe was actually hurrying me off the phoneHe did mention that they were running a little behind, but an hour and a half is more than a little behindThat defeats the whole purpose of asking "how long" when placing an order, which I did in fact askI do understand things happen, and it was a Friday nightHowever, as we both know customer service is the foundation for all businessI informed the manager I spoke with of my intent to file a complaint, why I think this is why he made a proactive effort to make his owner aware of the situation, while embellishing the details a bitI say this because I not one time hung up on anyone thereI was annoyed, but not irateAlthough I appreciate the owner's response to my complaint, there has still not been any feasible resolution being offered to meI feel I should be entitled to a gift certificate of at least $which was the value of my order that night, as a means of reconciling the situation and showing me as the customer that you value meI have frequented this location for years spending a lot of money at this locationA $gift certificate allowing me to come back and give it another try is not an unreasonable requestIt should have been offered to me that same night in my opinion

I am sorry to have received this complaint We do not strive as a company with unhappy customersOver the past and a half years we have run a
successful business with hopes of satisfying our customersWithout them...there would be no business It is unfortunate that this patron had to deal with a late delivery and I apologize As owners, we have a protocol "if" this should ever arise We do refund their money and offer to send out NEW product In this case, we were phoned and told of the situation as we want to know of any mishaps He (Our manager) had told us about the situation stating that we were running alittle behind on deliveries and that one in particular customer was upset calling times in minutes hanging up on our staff He told us that he spoke with her and refunded her credit card and offered to send out fresh food while apologizing and explaining the night being extremely busy This is our protocolAgain..I am sorry for your inconvenience

In response to your letter of 12/9/15, I have been working with a new manager and or new employees They did not know about this particular coupon We handle all complaints immediately and either give credit or take the customer whatever they are requesting We deliver to **

This is *** from gioninos in jackson TownshipLast Monday evening we had mrs trimble call and place an order for a piece chickenShe came to pick it up and used a prepaid *** *** *** *** We ran the card for which is the total price for a piece boxA few hours later she
called us back asking why she got charged dollarsI looked into the system on our end and told her our system shows Now she proceeded to argue about it and I asked if she had her copy of a recieptShe told me she didn't have it on her and hung up on meA few hours later she called again saying she does have the reciept which read Proceeded to argue with me and tell me she got charged dollarsI tried to explain to her there might be a charge from your debit cardShe then said "oh that's how you guys treat people, you take money from them" and started acting irate. I tried to explain that our system shows a charge of and she hung up again
