Gionino's Pizza

I placed an order today at the Louisville Gioninos. Order number 76323. I picked up the order and it was Very incorrect when I got home. Was only offered store credit or to wait additional time for a new order. I already waited! I don’t want store credit. I no longer wish to visit Gioninos as this is not the first time. Our dinner was ruined because of the rude inadequate service. This is the last straw for me. This store owes me $19.70.

Regards, Also , I am requesting that Complaint remain on record , due to how situation was originally handled , by (2 ) Managers I was referred to night of incident . I should have not have to go through Revdex.com for Customer Satisfaction for reimbursement of which I originally requested that Night . Furthermore , I did not want be inconvenienced , to Wait for another pizza , especially in that environment at that time , and wanted to get back to my family . Managers were not very receptive to me and ADVISED me to file because they were NOT going to reimburse me that night.  Hope future Customers will not experience same situation .Also , I would like to thank Revdex.com for their efforts .Sincerely ,  [redacted]
