Review: I ordered a custom tuxedo shirt and stipulated that it was to be worn with studs. I received the shirt and it has sewn buttons rather than buttons attached to a strip of material so the buttons may be used or removed and studs removed (standard on tuxedo shirts- at least the four I own). I went to the web site and used the [redacted] chat number listed ###-###-####. On three (3) separate occasions I was told by recorded message that extension [redacted] was not available. (I used press 2 for customer service and 3 for something about releasing my measurements but BOTH had the extension [redacted] not available). I cannot tell -without completely unwrapping the shirt - if the requested monogram is on the right or left cuff.Desired Settlement: Since this is the error of the vendor, I would like the shirt replaced with what was ordered post haste at no expense to me. This includes return postage and all other related matters. The shirt was ordered for my daughter's wedding and will be of little value after 1 October. She wanted me to wear a bib front as my current formal shirts are all pleated.

They contacted me and said they were going to refund my money. After ten days, I called them and they put on the surprised act that I should have received my refund. They then called to say they couldn't figure out how to credit my credit card and would a business check work. That was ten days ago (it is now ** Oct) and I have not received credit on the card or the promised check. They do business under four different names all using the same contact phone numbers.

Review: I bought eight pants from best custom pants.com in june of 20*3, for one I did not receive my pants until November *, 2013. Upon receiving the pants the fabric selected and color were not the correct items that I ordered in june and necessary adjustments needed to the pants were not made and I only receive seven pants instead of eight. Called the company at [redacted], like normal, their were no response to my calls or email. I left a message but did not receive a call back.Desired Settlement: Would like the pant re-made as soon as possible. And I promise I will not be back.

The business contacted me, they confirmed switching my ordered for specific materials to a different material because they were out of stock but never informed me of the switch.

There solution was to give me an opportunity to chose two materials and they will send it to me at no additional cost. But they never address the issue of the other pants that were not made to my measurement specification. Funny enough, the two pants sent to me on 11/**/2013 fit to exact measurements.

In opinion, they lack check and balance in their pants ordering online system, this is because I have ordered shirts three times from them and they made the shirts to my satisfaction.
