Good Afternoon ,Please be? advised that customer used our services In case of customer not being? satisfied with room , customer may check out and receive refund .However customers stayed , even tho they had an option of checking out and receiving refund , but not only that customer extender their stay for another night .Reservations are? Non-Refundable and No Refund will be issued .Sincerely ,Manu

To Whom it May Concern, Please be advised that after further investigation of the customer complaint we found following facts that you can read bellow *** *** made a reservation to International Student Residence in Brooklyn she made a reservation for
people and nights only booking for bed in bed mixed dormitory room When *** ** *** came to our Hostel in Brooklyn with another person (Gentleman) she asked if she could check in peopleAgent at the International Student Residence advised *** *** that reservation is only for not for and room is only for people and only people can be checked inShe was persistent and requested extra mattresses, she was advised that size of the room is made only for people and more people cannot be checked in neither can be fitted any extra mattressShe said that she spent so much money and she doesn’t know how to pay for the reservation and in the same time have people in one room She was advised that if she would like she can make one more reservation for people and check in everyone, she wouldn’t like that idea as she needed all people (one lady and gentleman’s) to be together She was asking to cancel and what was the penalty and she was advised that penalty would be night She asked for help and Supervisor of International Student Residence recommended brand new Hotel/Hostel in Long Island City who have bed share dorm rooms for people, she pleased Supervisor to have that location and not to be charged any cancellation penalty for International Student ResidenceSupervisor approved free cancellation for International Student Residence One lady and gentleman’s went very happy to Giorgio Hotel and paid for their reservation separately, they booked for the night of November *** The first room that group of checked in didn’t like so they asked to switch to another room and Agent gave them another room. We have no records of rooms changed for this group of people under reservation for *** ** *** . Also we do not have male Manager Because the Group of enjoyed their stay, they requested following day to make one more reservation and extend their stay for more night Morning Agent made extension and book Group of , one lady and gentleman’s for the night of November *** . All of them stayed in one room and checked out on November *** Cost of first night $(non-refundable) Cost of second night $(non-refundable) We always strive to provide the best customer service to all our customers and their stay memorable experience. Our stuff treat every and each of our customers with respect and dignity. If those customers didn't like their stay , those customers wouldn't ever extend with us for another night as NYC have many beautiful Hotels and Hostels Customers need to pay for the rooms used during their stay All of our guests agree to our policies before they can stay with us, whether they make a reservation online from our website or over the phoneGuests receive a copy of our policies with their confirmation email immediately after they make a reservation and are under legal obligation to abide by the agreed upon policiesCustomer made a reservation to our hotel, as our policy states online, they do have to pay for their stay Reservations that *** *** made to our Hotel and stayed with other gentleman's are non-refundable and no refund will be issued Thank you , Customer Service Giorgio Hotel

This whole statement from the business is a complete lieWe were not satisfied, we were moved to over ten roomsPeople definitely walked back in the room while the four of us were thereThey had horrible serviceClaire Aldridge actually has a video of the manager loaded on her Facebook of the manager going off on usThis business is not telling the truth to protect themselvesWe also were charged another fee on the *** of November 2017, after all fees were paidThe manager drives a blue Range Rover and is a big muscled gentlemanSo for the Hotel to say there is no male manager is a lieWe also contacted Adrianna from Student Residence/Hostel we her of the issues we were having there I have the phone records in my phoneWe would like our money back I will not take no for an answer

This whole statement from the business is a complete lie. We were not satisfied, we were moved to over ten rooms. People definitely walked back in the room while the four of us were there. They had horrible service. Claire Aldridge actually has a video of the manager loaded on her Facebook of the manager going off on us. This business is not telling the truth to protect themselves. We also were charged another fee on the [redacted] of November 2017, after all fees were paid. The manager drives a blue Range Rover and is a big muscled gentleman. So for the Hotel to say there is no male manager is a lie. We also contacted Adrianna from Student Residence/Hostel we her of the issues we were having there I have the phone records in my phone. We would like our money back I will not take no for an answer.
