Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is falsified statements in the company's responseThere was no question at any point during any of the conversations whether or not the necklace was there'sThe necklace is there'sThat is a factYes, per my statement, a store credit was offered, but I was charged $for that necklace and the offered store credit was for $Why would you offer me store credit if it wasn't yours ? And why wasn't that said to me when I was there ? Not only is that non-ethical, it's also illegal to falsify pricing of an itemIn addition, yes, the necklace had become tangled in transit just as it did immediately after the purchase on my way back homeThis, in case the business cares, is why the gift needed to be returned; something I was never asked upon attempting to return itI was able to untangle it gently before traveling back to the business, but clearly it gets tangled easy as it had become tangled againIf the business wishes, I will ensure it is untangled when I bring it back this timeLastly, please note, the business's response did not dispute any of my statements aside from the placement of their return policy, which as I stated, I did not see posted when I went inHas anybody reviewed surveillance ?
