Bought my brand new GLK, first time bringing in for oil change at 10k MilesDustin is the person at front desk sat me down at his deskDustin then register my car in for serviceHe gave me a form to sign saying the service would cost $In my mind, I was wondering why it cost so much for an oil changeI didn't think of much and waited for an hour for my car to finishWhen it's time to pay, I asked Dustin why it cost triple the price just for an oil changeHe then stated, you didn't pay for the oil change alone, you paid for a Mercedes A Service package that include all these type of inspections, and he gave me an inspection listI was like, wait a minute, why do I need to pay for this package? My car is only 10k miles, nothing wrong with itAll I want is just an oil change, why are you not telling me all this in beginningIf I had an option to pick for an oil change or your package, i'd just pick my oil change serviceDustin then goes well I thought you knew and service already done forIt's my first time bringing in my car, how would I know about all these gimmicks they trick you into buyingI was upset so I called in requesting for a service manager to call me backI waited a day with no calls so I ended up calling myselfI spoke with Tim, the service department managerTim said, you've signed stating you're paying for this service and there's nothing we can doI clearly told Tim that I was blindsided and tricked into committing for a service which I don't needBut Tim refuses to offer credit back to me and suggest me calling the corporate after I asked to speak to general manager and district managerHere I am, feeling ripped off, unsatisfied with their service and will never go back there againrecommend to stay away from these thirsty blood suckers
