For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this offer appear below:His response is not accurate He hired man from another company to correct my kitchen This man had many personal issues occur while working at my home As a result, the work was hurried and not complete He stated that a day would be set aside at my home to fix all of the problems When he arrived, I was told that he had to leave in a short time I have loose tiles on my stairway and grout falling out I have tiles that were cut too short and tile that he chipped I have areas that wereIt grouted at all *** told me that I am too picky and never came out to inspect the job or call to ask me how everything was done His company says satisfaction is guaranteed and I am not satisfied with this unsightly job after paying him thousands of dollars I would also like to report the tile man to Revdex.com Is this possible?Regards,
