I purchased an automobile (Toyota Carolla) from AutoMall Car dealershipAfter signing the sales contract, they only provided me with one key When I asked about the second key they informed me that they could not find that key and they would look for it I called AutoMall back several days later They then informed me that there was no second key and that if I wanted a second key there would be a $charge If I had know there was only one key I would not have purchased the car In addition to the above issue, I have now discovered that the one key that AutoMall did provide will not unlock the driver's side back door lock

Email Letter Sent to The Auto Mall: It's unfortunate that you didn't want to keep to your word to sell the Chevrolet Express passenger Van today for $xxxx plus fees, about "$ xxxx +15%" like you said around noon todayMy offer was within 10% of an "Excellent Condition " vehicle valued at www.kbb.com It could have been sold by nowI left at noon to go get my Wife and brought her back to show the van to herFinalize the deal and go to the bank to get the moneyThe Wells Fargo Bank Downtown is open until 6:pm todayIn minute we would have been over and back with the cashWe come back and the van was again buried behind 4-other vehiclesShe was ok with the purchase until you started up with "Used Car Games" So the Van has a new engine I've made visits over the last 2+ weeks without you disclosing that "little fact." You have lost us as customersYou and your dealership belong on "Robbers Row" My offer is pulled and no longer validAgain, my $out the door offer is off the table

In addition to the above issue, I have now discovered that the one key that AutoMall did provide will not unlock the driver's side back door lock
