To whom it may concern, I am writing in response to the incident that occurred on June 18th with Mr [redacted] and his familyThis definitely was an unfortunate event that happened Although I don't completely agree with all the events of the complaint (there are some details missing), I do agree that the situation did escalate rapidly on both sides and things could of been handled a little differentRather than get into the details of the incident I have already spoken to Mr [redacted] on Monday June 20th and to my understanding we have resolved this issueOnce again this was a unfortunate incident and after forty plus years of business I believe we have done a good job of satisfying customers in the Beaverton area Sincerely, Nick C [redacted] Giovannis Restaurant

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: We as customers came to Nick's restaurant to enjoy a fathers day meal with our entire familyInstead we got thrown out because we complained about the terrible service and later found out that Nick's girlfriend is related to the waitress we had the problem with to begin with sense Nicks manager AKA girlfriends sister had an attitude with us and things went southMy wife's food came first then min later our food cameThere was no apology Meet and greet is everything in the restaurant businessNick I believe thinks the customer should feel they are lucky to be eating thereNick made no offer to have my family back and take care of us.Yes we did talk and I felt it was very hollow and he was not really sorry more agitated we complained We went and looked at the reviews and people have had problems with customer service along with us there are many complaintsWe feel Nicks focus is his girlfriends feelings and that he is distracted with proper business ethicsWhen you have a person acting as a supervisor tell you that complain to the owner wont do you any good because he is my boyfriend with a restaurant full of people that's very very embarrassing for the owner to have someone representing his restaurant like that

Terrible, terrible customer service! Waited minutes to even get our drink order in and we had to ask for that! Manager totally lost her cool when we brought up that our waitress was pissy with usCalled next day to talk to Nick and he was very rude as wellLike I said TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service!!!
