Giovanni's Pizza & Pasta

Review: On 5/2/16, an order was placed with Giovanni Pizza & Pasta to be delivered at 7:15pm. They tried to deliver the pizza at 3:30pm (yes there is an option when you order as to what time you want the pizza delivered & 7:15 was chosen) so the delivery person left with the food. The order arrived a second time at 7:10pm. The pizza was burnt and barely warm. After driving the 10 minute drive home, I called Giovanni's and asked for the manager. The male who answered the phone said...and I quote "What do you want?". I said "I want to talk to a manager". He responded...and I quote again "Listen buddy I'm busy. What do you want?" I began to tell him and he hung up on me. I immediately called back, again asked for a manager and the same male told me "I don't have time for you" and hung up. I have NEVER been so rudely treated...ever. And he did not give me his name, even when asked. Then to add insult to injury, as previously stated, the pizza was not hot & was burnt. I do believe it was the same pizza they delivered at 3:30 pm and they "refired" it which is why the pepperoni & crust were black and the pizza barely warm (cannot prove that of course but that is what I believe).Desired Settlement: I also think that male should be fired.
