Giovanni's Pizza Shop

This complaint is due to poor customer service by the management of this company. After being hung up on by management when attempting to make a telephone complaint , I went to the restaurant to speak with the male manager directly, he continued to refuse a refund or credit while being extremely abrasive and rude. I reported to the manager my request for a refund due to the following, legitimate, 3 reasons: food arrived cold and soggy, delivery took 1 hour 6 minutes instead of the quoted 15 to 20 minutes) I placed 3 follow up calls in that hour each time being told the "food was on its way." The delivery driver who took my original cash payment came to me and graciously handed money back FROM HIS OWN POCKET. I am quite certain I would NEVER have received a refund from the manager. To top it all off, after telling the manager I would never come back to his restaurant, he stated, "good, we don't want you to." Such extremely poor service when I simply wanted a refund or credit to use in the future. I felt the restaurant should be reported sue to these extremely poor customer service circumstances.Desired SettlementI would appreciate and be satisfied with additional credit from this company to compensate for the horrible experience I had, whether it be a gift certificate or monetary compensation. If you had called the shop on the day of the mistake, we could have resolved the issue. We are more than willing to give you a credit for our last mistake.
