do agree that the situation did escalate rapidly on both sides and things could of been handled a little different. Rather than get into the details of the incident I have already spoken to Mr [redacted] on Monday June 20th 2016 and to my understanding we have resolved this issue. Once again this was a unfortunate incident and after forty plus years of business I believe we have done a good job of satisfying customers in the Beaverton area.
