I am rejecting this response because: I realize that I did not send you all the attachments I currently have and will mail you additional information along with copies of packing slips in my possession. Please understand there are request from my credit card company for different charges. The first charge was for shipping and handling of a watch that stated it was free for filling out a *** surveyYou will receive information from me in the mail showing that *** had nothing to do with the surveyI did receive a watch and paid the shipping charge of $Please note that this watch was billed to my account on 9-13-and posted 9-15-2017. You will see a second watch was charged to my account without my approval and please note the date that it was chargedThis watch shows a transaction date of 9-27-and was posted to my account on 9-29-I did not receive any advanced notice or invoice, or give an approval for this charge to my credit card accountThe watch showed up the same date I received my bill from my credit card company month after it was added to my accountI contacted John as I stated in my previous correspondence and he agreed to reduce the price on that watchIt has now been fully refundedOn 10-27-this company put through aa third charge on my credit card account for a third watch I did not order, did not want and did not approve the charge forThis was not posted until 10-31-2017, my November credit card statement that I did not receive until 11-30-This charge was for another $This third watch was never shipped and never receivedI do not plan on paying for something I never ordered and certainly have no plans to ever pay for something I did not receiveAccording to John the account was closed on 10-30-That is the day before this third item was posted and about days after this item billedEither it was missed and not canceled or they decided to bill me for something they had no intention of ever sendingI will mail you a copy of all the information I have. I am rejecting this response because: Please review my original information sent to your officeI received a watch from the order I placed on September 13, for $that I did orderI received a second watch I did not order and was billed $for on my September statement that at this time has now been refunded and that part of my complaint has been satisfiedI received a bill on my November statement for a third watch that I never ordered or receivedMy statement shows the transaction date of October 27, for $Posted October 31, That watch bill is still outstanding on my November statement which I received on December 1, I never got that watch which I did not want nor did I order, but it is still being carried on my credit card statement as openThis charge $97.21, was put through the day before they closed out the accountI assume they remembered to stop the shipment of the watch but never credited my credit card for a refund!!! watches billsStill outstanding $97.21! I need this amount refunded to zero out my account balance

I am rejecting this response because: I ordered the watch as a reward for taking a survey.  At that time, I had never heard of Girard Graham nor had I checked any boxes on an order form.  Thus what was in their response is untrue for me.  I don't know who sponsored the survey or how they ordered the watch, so that company may have checked a box and left me thinking I was receiving a free watch.  I have no way to determine that.  But Giorard Graham should have the order form and know who submitted it.
