We are currently working on a solution to this issue with the Ct DMV department.

The company states there is no money due on my account because the 1k Elias, the sales manager, attempted to get me to pay to him directly is in no way part of the deal.  I would have used the 1k to lower the payment amount due on my account, however, he was trying to get me to pay it to him directly.   I wanted the money to go towards lowering the car payment. Unfortunately, you have chosen to forward this complaint on to him and not the General Manager or the owner, John A[redacted].  If you had done so, the appropriate parties would have been notified of his actions and done something in regard to it. The dealer also seems to have failed to register me for BMW connected drive on their end, I spoke with my sales rep and she was clueless about it.  Rep at BMW state the dealer needs to send a digital subscriber information, this was never done according to them.  In closing, please mark this as unresolved and forward this information on to the owner, John A[redacted] and or Marc A[redacted]. [redacted] has a review in which I detailed my experience with this dealer as well

To whom it may concern. There is no money due to our business or anyone else concerning this deal with [redacted].I remember the deal perfectly.there was a confusion as to whether it was a lease or finance.the moneys due kept changing with what [redacted] said he could put down and when.the end...

result was that he got a great deal on a great car.im sorry [redacted] is upset about anything. Please have him contact the dealership directly to insure him that the service hes requesting will be done promptly at his convenience and correctly.again we strive for 100 % complete customer satisfaction always. There have been no attempts to contact customer for any money due his account is and has been in good standing. We value all our customers business especially our repeat business,that [redacted] is. To Whom it May Concern:Mr. [redacted] brought his 2006 BMW 325I into our BMW of New London facility not Girard Toyota as stated on the complaint. The vehicle had 125,985 miles and was brought in for a check engine light concern. We diagnosed the vehicle, recommended repairs which were approved by Mr....

[redacted] and then test drove the vehicle. During the test drive the check engine lamp did not come back on but the low coolant light did come on as the technician pulled back into the dealership. The technician went to top off the coolant level and noticed that the radiator hose was detached. Upon further examination the technician noted that there was heavy corrosion where the hose attaches to the radiator and that the plastic on the radiator was so fatigued it had cracked off.We did not cause this issue and the repairs we performed were on the opposite side of the engine. We informed Mr. [redacted] what happened and as a goodwill gesture on our part offered to replace the radiator for the price of the part only; we would not charge any labor for the repair.
