Review: Made a service call to have my garage door issues fixed.

Tried to use coupons provided on their website for the services that were done and they DO NOT honor them, one says free service with repair, the second one was for $25 off new replacement springs, and the 3rd coupon was for free Safety Cables with Spring purchase. The repairman gave me the service call for free but he refused to honor the other coupons, he said they did not pertain to the services that were done, however this is not true, it clearly states on the coupons that they could be used for repairs that he did. He replaced 2 springs and safety cables and charged me full price for everything minus the $55 for the service call even though I clearly stated to him I intended to use the coupons for the repairs before he started the job
