February 28, Dear [redacted] : I have received and reviewed your letter of February 19, 2015, including the message from the customer (“Patient”) about the above-referenced complaintThe customer has not raised any additional concerns or provided reasons for rejecting my prior responseNevertheless, as previously stated, I am attempting to resolve this situation to Patient's Satisfaction.I have re-submitted Patient's claims to her insurance company, using a different code, in an effort to obtain a favorable outcome for herI am waiting for the insurance company to process the resubmission, and expect that they will notify Patient and myself upon completionIf the resubmission fails to achieve Patient's desired outcome, I will waive the charge for December 12, I trust this fully addresses this matterSincerely,

   I am not interested in engaging into a contest of claim/counterclaim.                      Provided Dr.G[redacted] has had the good sense to amend her description to satisfy the ACA’s requirements for health insurance coverage of my “routine preventive physical examination”. I am prepared to fully satisfy remaining obligations.
