updated my cc as well as shipping address. Checked the "make this address primary shipping box company delivered to wrong addy and refuses to rectify
I placed an order and was sure to update my cc on file as well as my shipping address. I made sure to check the box that states MAKE THIS MY PRIMARY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS. Company still shipped to the OLD ADDRESS ON FILE. I call and ask to send a new package or rectify the situation and they OUTRIGHT REFUSED. They stated it was my fault because I must not have made it mt PRIMry shipping address. I sent screenshots showing them that my account on their site lists it as PRIMARY SHIPPING AND BILLING. They ignored me and stated again that they would not do anything to rectify the situation. Absolutely despicable business practices. Makes me sick that they blame a system error on a CUSTOMER and refuse to make it right even though they were provided proof that they were wrong.
I have read many reddit threads and other posts from bloggers etc about this companies shady dealings as far as customer service is concerned.
All I want is my order, this has been a nightmare.
Customer order within account as well as the order confirmation email notes the delivery address and the customers order was shipped to that address. After the order was delivered the customer emailed to note that she did not receive the order. She was provided explicit instructions on how to confirm her package delivery. Customer then emailed aggressively stating that the delivery address was incorrect. Customer then refused to follow instructions for package recovery and continued to send abusive emails stating that we were *** by shipping to the address that was input during checkout. We have continuously replied to customer with information regarding the confirmation and recovery of her order, which we need to follow in order to rectify any missing package claims, and the customer has neglected to comment or initiate any conversation with the shipping provider as instructed and has only berated our company in her replies. At this time the order has been delivered to her selected shipping address, which was unfortunately an incorrect address that we were not aware of until the order had been delivered. If any additional information is required we are happy to send and hope that this can be resolved positively.

Girl Charlee continues to NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for their actions. I did not make this error. Before placing the order I CHECKED THE BOX THAT STATES "MAKE THIS YOUR PRIMARY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS" and their web interface for whatever reason did NOT make the changes it was supposed to. I can attach PROOF DIRECT FROM THEIR SITE THAT IT IS BOTH THE PRIMARY ADDRESS FOR BILLING AND SHIPPING IF necessary.
THE REPLY THE COMPANY HAS POSTED IS A BLATANT LIE. THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS TO GET THE PACKAGE AND I WAS TOLD BASICALLY TOO BAD! They said "tell your postmaster to get it" THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE WILL NOT GO OUT AND GET A PACKAGE FROM A HOME WHERE YOU DO NOT LIVE THAT IT WAS ADDRESSED TOO!!! It would be girl charlees job (the sender) to INTERCEPT THE PACKAGE AND TELL THE POST OFFICE THEY ADDRESSED IT INCORRECTLY!! I will post that response here as well. It was then that I said they were *** for continuing to blame a customer for their faults and for NOT READING THE COMPLAINT IN IT'S ENTIRETY and for having a self entitled attitude that feels they do not have to take responsibilty for their actions.
This company is a disgrace. They are clearly an amature company that does not have experience making customers happy. I still do not have this package and girl charlee still will not take any responsibility. Their response here proves just how professional they really are.

Thank you for your reply and I apologize for the delay in responding to you that you feel the need to file a dispute for your order XXXXXX, but in our system, we receive the same receipt of any orders placed and below you will see the forwarded order confirmation that we received and was also emailed to you upon checkout success. We are not able to alter information on the order confirmations as it is automatically populated when the order is placed and sent out to our customer and also populates our shipping software. The delivery address is showing as *** XXXXX, as did also your last order prior to XXXXXX. We have received no other complaints from any customers regarding our address updating functionality not working, and we did re-test our primary address updating feature and it is working properly as designed.
Again we are very sorry that you have not received your order, but we are not able to assist with further locating the package ourselves and ask you contact your local post office as soon as possible to recover the package as it is within the same city and should not be too difficult for the postmaster or delivery driver to locate for you.
