I've have spoken to a representative by phone about this claimAs we explained to the customer our records show where the payment for customers contract was never sent through fully to her bank and was returned several timeWe also spoke to the customers bank and it was also confirmed the payment
never went through and showed returned

In the first attachment you will find where Mrs. [redacted] payments were declined. In the second attachment you will find a copy of our membership agreement, where if your payment is declined there will be a $20 fee. And yes we did run her check after she signed her cancellation form on 11/4/14 in an attempt to obtain the gym's money for her six month membership, which was not paid for at the time of cancellation.
