Placed a order 11 days ago and their website states they ship in 5 days. I waited 10 days to contact the company for a update and they will not reply to my emails.
Customer was given a full refund. I sent her the refund transaction reciept to her email and have spoken to her through email several times.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1*** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
But they do need to learn better business practices!!
