Thank you so much for bringing this matter to our attention, as we were not aware of this customer's difficulties in reaching us.  We have searched our email records and could not find a previous email attempt; huge apologies it was somehow missed!
We are happy to provide the customer...

with the 75% percent refund, per our Refund Policy.  The refund, in the amount of $598, has been processed, and it should appear on the customer's statement within 5-10 business days, depending on her bank's processing schedule.  If she requires anything further, we ask that she contact us directly at [redacted], and we will be happy to assist her.
