Service not provided. Refund not provided. Originally a conference to be held Spring 2019. Postponed to Fall 2019. Canceled without notice. Month later unable to receive refund back when told I would. They admit to challenges with their advertiser ***. They admit to challenges with their payment service *** but state they know how to make the refund occur. Incredibly challenging to connect with anyone regarding concerns. Only received call back 2 times and no resolution either time. No responses to email. No closed loop communication if the last caller worked with *** at all- nothing moving through *** I can see from my end.

There is no d/b/a in place for this company and the companies are not affiliated at this time. I have reached out to the company to share the information and they advise me that a refund was issued to Greg Stout.
