GirlTrek

I made a purchase at girltrek.org for a gift exchange program. Whomever I was paired with for this gift exchange refused the gift. GirlTrek asked me how I wanted the matter resolved, I asked if a refund was possible, the representative said yes. This was back in November of 2019. I have followed up twice and have been told on both occasions the people in charge of the refund are out on holiday. This is completely unacceptable. The product was not delivered, I was told I could get a refund and it has been 2 months. I want my refund expediently.
