Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: Mr Burnett who had made verbal promises during our last meeting has yet to fulfill even one of them. I'm not surprised that it took so long for them to respond to the Revdex.com. I've attached the document of the promises he made that we are still awaiting and this issue is no further along than it was in October. I've removed item #from our list since I'm tired of losing sleep over it. BTW we have acknowledge our usage was higher than the undersized system could produce BUT the expectation set during the sale never addressed anything except a bill from PG&E being $a month with zero explanation of how to monitor our usage until it was way too late (months) and my working with PG&E to understand how the system works from a production standpoint. Had we known what our parameters were from the installation point we could have worked within them but NONE were givenWe have not added anything to the home that wasn't there prior to the solar system as they continue to believe. I've spent months learning how this solar system works which should have been explained in detail, instead of summary, in the beginning so we could have made a more informed decision and not wasted our money. Remember it was MrBurnett who said that ours was the "perfect storm of expectations set incorrectly" which is why he made the promises that he did.
