Review: I orderd a 6 passenger limo for my son's Senior Prom May 18, 2013. I split the payments with two other parents.

We were told that the price included red carpet for pictures, water, ice and a bottle of Apple Cider (non-alchololic beverage) When the driver arrived at our house, the driver told me that they forgot to give him the beverage. He called them, [redacted], asking for the apple cider. He told me she just said sorry, she forgot it. My husband had to go out and purchase two (2) bottles. While we were waiting for him to get back, we asked the driver to put out the Red Carpet because we were ready to take pictures. One of the parents hired a photographer. Again, the driver told me that he didn't have it because

they didn't give him one because of rain in the forecaste. It was cloudy, NO RAIN, AND THAT WASN'T STATED IN THE CONTRACT. I was imbarressed as the other parents were very upset and angry with me for scheduling with Girons. I had to refund part of the money back to the parents to appease them. I called Giron's Limo and told them that and she said that she was sorry and would rectify the situation. I waited 3 days. I called her and she just said again that she was sorry and that she could not refund anything to me, but she would send a check for $3 for the apple cider. That was three weeks ago. I told them that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and she said " Go Ahead". This is know way to handle your business. I only wanted the teens to have a Great Experience in a Limo with Red Carpet and Flashed...something they would remember for a long time. Instead, a little disappointed and embarrased with their parents. I would like to change their A+ to a C- and the C- is because the Limo Driver was excellent. He understood and gave me their cell number to contact them. He was surprised that they didn't do anything about it also.

I Do Not Expect a Full Refund, just a minor adjustment to the bill as a good faith. I trusted them, and they let me down.

I am rejecting this response because:

I will accept the $300 check, But the verbal notification of rain is NOT True. I was never given that option. We, the parents, would have understood if we were told earlier. As said earlier, the Driver

wasn't aware of that either. He just told me that there was no Red Carpet, and that I should call them. I did, and that's when she told me because of the rain, they did not add the red carpet. There was NO RAIN THAT DAY.

Review: I purchased service of two stretch limousines from Giron's Limo Service for my wedding which was June 8, 2012. I paid in full $1,560.00 for two SUV stretch limos for four hours of service each and for there to be two different pick up locations pick up times were supposed to be at 3pm on 6/8/13 one for the bride and the second for the groom. Both limousines were late to both pick up locations and the limo ordered for the bride when arrived at location had no Air Condition is the rear of the limo were the bride and other females riders would be seated. The driver of the defected limo a representative of Giron's Limo Service contacted myself who was the groom to make me aware of this situation. This situation caused the wedding to be 2 hours behind scheduled time. After the situation with the defected limo A/C problem the first limo which picked up the groom finally had to do double duty to make the pick up to the second location which the defected limo could not make a pick because it was refused by myself the groom to place my wife to be and other ladies in a hot limousine with the weather being in the 80's degrees range and my wife to be having allergy issues and asthma and just the fact it would be uncomfortable for anyone to ride in. During the wedding ceremony Giron's Limo Service had to 2 maintenance employees on site on the ceremony in the same parking lot of the church where the wedding was taking place. I believe that this was not the place to be working on a limousine with over 300 guest veiwable of that it was unprofessional to me. Giron's Limo Service then sent a second vechile which was a party bus which was not compatible to the limousine that I ordered and paid in full for that had the defected A/C problem. Therefore we had to find some rides for some of the passengers that were assigned to that specific limo tha was defected. I defintely not happy with these situations I was put under on my wedding day so the next within the time frame of what was written in the terms of the contract in Giron's Limo Service that I was not pleased and wanted to make a settlement/refund for the defected limousine. I was brushed off on this matter until I came back from my honeymoon by the owner's wife **s. Giron's who was very unprofessional to me as a customer or client who verbal threatened me by telling me quote " We don't do refunds and you better be lucky we are willing to give you $300.00 or anything back for the situation that occured"! She also went on to tell me that there was nothing legally I could do to be refunded anything for the situation that occurred which I believed was very unprofessional and disrespectful to a customer/client in the line of business. I also in research found out that on the day on my wedding the drivers did not have proper certification or license to operate the limos they were driving. So in result of this situation all Giron's Limo Service was willing to offer was $300.00 which was not exceptable under the contract terms. I am making this complaint as a customer/client who was disrespected by the owner's wife and was very unhappy with the unprofessional behavior of a business to a client and also to inform that they have drivers who operate vechiles without proper certification and license to do so for the safety of passengers and those who spend there hard earn money on services rindered by Giron's Limo Services.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the defected limousine that was not used at no point in the day of service because of issues with the A/C this refund would be half a refund which I paid in full in cash $1,560.00 so half of that would be $780.00. This would be an exceptable and fair refund being tho I had to deal with a these issues on my wedding day, my wedding was pushed back 2 hours and I was disrespected and treated very unprofessional by the owner's wife **s. Giron.

[redacted], I do appreciate all your help with this matter I will again have reject what Giron's Limo Service says I again will continue this matter with my attorney. I do believe that they still are being unfair in this matter and after spending $1560.00 in service with them and going thru all I had to go thru with the disrespect and poor service that $300.00 is not a reasonable refund. In regards to there response in me making reviews I have a right to freedom of speech as a citizen and the right inform the Revdex.com as well as the MPSC and the WMATC about the way that Giron's Limo Service handles business representing all three of your businesses. I do believe that I have enough information, facts and proof to go as far as I need to go with this matter to show that they were untruthful and a breech of contract did occur as far as the vehicle they claim they sent me in replacement of what I paid for which was not comparable and I have enough pictures, facts and witnesses to support that. I just hope that the Revdex.com just makes sure that this does not happen to any other clients or customers. But I again thank you for all your help and I really appreciate your time and effort to help resolve this matter. Thank You,[redacted]
